My tenant is looking for a roommate in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. About the place: – In a high rise apartment building w/ furnished living room, dining room, and den – You will have your own private room (unfurnished) and bathroom – Hardwood in common areas, carpet in rooms – In unit washer/dryer – Building amenities include tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, club room, gym, 24/7 front desk – Minutes from Shirlington, running/biking trails, and public transportation to DC. About Tenant (written by him) – I’m a male in 30s currently working as an immigration paralegal. I enjoy sports, movies, and having a beer or two after work. Looking for a similar age working professional. Not a neat freak, but prefer the common areas (kitchen, living room, dining area) to be kept clean when you are finished using them. Don’t mind if you want to have people over on occasion, but not looking for someone who likes to host parties frequently.
